1.准备所有材料,黄油隔水融化待用。

2.将鸡蛋,糖,黄糖,打发至变色。

3.加入香草汁和柠檬屑。

4.筛入面粉,盐,泡打粉,最后加入融化好的黄油。

5.搅拌均匀的面糊放入冰箱1-3小时后,倒入模子。

6.用190度烤9-11分钟即可。
